Ro Young-suck, head of the Korean Dermatologist Assn has announced in a statement that younger Asians are becoming victim to skin cancer with a huge rise in men in particular.
This could due to the fact that most women either use sun protector or makeup combined with protection.
Not only can prolonged exposure cause skin cancer but the effect on the eyes can be also be dangerous.
Sunlight reflected from the surface of water or other reflective medium can cause conjunctivitis and keratitis.
